Greetings to all people! Dear brothers and sisters, fathers and mothers!
I am Maruf Langarchiev and I want to tell you about all difficulties and about difficult life of tajik people in Tajikistan. I want to tell where are we going, where did we go and where will we go with our silence on regime of Emomali Rahmon.
Dear brothers and sisters, Dear my tajik people in 23 years we suffered, we silenced on regime Emomali Rahmon. Today it is enough to live and enough more silent and we can't more suffer by regime of Emomali Rahmon.
We know well to suffer is a behavior of Prophets but how to suffer on injustice and on dictators regime of Emomali Rahmon?
Our tajik people suffered a lot, people was silent long time, and today it is enough to suffered and silent. Already 23 years tajik people are listening only promises and people want to believe on lie-promises by Dictator regime of Emomali Rahmon in Tajikistan. It is only promises but no fulfill promise.
All tajik people believed on Emomali Rahmon lie promises and waited 5 years after war for restore, and waited 10 years after war, and waited 15 years and at last 23 years but no any change and any fulfill the promise by Emomali Rahmon.
Of course every country after the war need some time to restore or to build again. I saw many countries and one of them is Germany which all over the world know about the War on 1941-1945 years, but see how Germany restored in 10 years after the War, when Germany doesn't have oil, gas, uranium, silver and gold and any mineral richnesses as Tajikistan has. See how Germany provided work and job to all and all the world are political related with Germany.
Our Tajikistan have lot of resource, have oil, gas, uranium, silver and gold, in short our country have all mineral richnesses. But tajik people already 23 years after the War and still are poor, still in low standard life living and we are slaves.
When regime Emomali Rahmon came in Government of Tajikistan had plans:
1). To make people uneducated.
2). To make people Slaves.
3). To make people out of Religion.

1). I want to talk about First plan it is to make tajik people «Uneducated».
How Emomali Rahmon will make us uneducated and why does he do us uneducated? So I will tell you why and How?
As all we know uneducated and unknowing people never can understand politics, and rule of thefts and destruction us by Emomali Rahmon, therefore this regime make tajik people uneducated is a big profit and benefit for Emomali Rahmon and his regime. How did Emomali Rahmon make uneducated tajik peiple? It is very easy to explain. In Tajikistan all schools and all Universities are not free and for admission to the University everybody must pay bribes. After admission to the University, every session and every exams are not free and everybody should pay 50$-100$ for per exams. So dear people who are agree with me? Who can say I am wrong?
ear people, if person must pay bribes and to buy exams by money so we will not study and we will mind and think how to find money for study and for to give bribes or for exams? Can we find any student who can study by knowledge? No we can not even find a person who study well, only to buy exams.
Today in Tajikistan If someone doesn't have money so he can not study and become uneducated. And If someone have money for study and give bribe also uneducated because all buy exams and nobody to study in Tajikistan.
